They were excellent. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

We called them during the week and they were here on the weekend to measure and put the order in. They said it would be 6 to 12 weeks. The windows were here in six weeks and it took only a couple days to do the work.

They did a good job and everything works fine. They gave us an estimate and it was right on when they were finished. They were helpful in helping us pick the right door for us.

They were fabulous, owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was very honest, I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. He was very helpful and thought the price was wonderful. They did it on time in the time they quoted. They were neat, polite and very professional.

Everything went very well. I signed the contract in February and it took approximately 5 weeks to have the windows created at the factory and delivered. This was good for me since I did not want them installed during the coldest part of winter. There were 2 tradesmen who did the entire job in 2 days. They were very efficient and did excellent, quality work. They cleaned up after they left and I had no complaints. Their price was very competitive and the windows seem to be a good quality.

The price was right, they were good and on time. They came when they said they would.

We contacted this company due to their ability to strip and replace certain parts of the door frame. The only draw back was their limited selection of doors which they made up for by their ability to work with the door frames.

Jim (the owner) came out twice to give us estimates. The new window arrived quickly and the crew installed it in one day -- chipping their way through ice and snow in the backyard to do it. Installers were punctual, friendly and neat. Everything went smoothly. The window looks fantastic.

They needed a lot of prodding. It may not have been their fault. I ordered the windows. They installed them pretty quickly once they came. Two of the windows were wrong though and they had to get them replaced. They put in the order but 3 or 4 months later they still hadn't gotten replaced. They told me that the manufacturer lost the order but they didn't follow up. I had to. I just thought they should be more pro active.

Barry came out and gave us an honest estimate for replacing one window; he got in touch with me on schedule when the window arrived to arrange installation. The gentlemen who installed the window were courteous, professional and fast. The window is great, too.

They did a great job. They knocked out a window, and installed a new sliding glass door.

The two men arrived on time, went right to work and finished the job in about 5 and a half hours. They were polite, neat and barely talked to each other except about measurements and work things. They certainly seemed to know exactly what to do. Also keep in mind that they were doing the installation in the end of January and it was 50 degrees out when they started. By evening, it was 0 degrees with white out conditions so they were under a weather deadline! I was inside, warm and toasty looking out at the snow through my new windows. Great timing! I would definitely use them again.

Once the doors finally came in, due to holidays, we scheduled for them to come in. Only problem was that we were not informed when doors arrived, we had to call and check, therefore causing slight scheduling issues. Storm and entry doors were installed with no problems. The service guys were professional and friendly and the job only took a few hours. We were very pleased with the work.

Jim Nelligan provided the initial estimate for replacing the window. There was no sales pressure and he was able to provide a written estimate on the spot. The window arrived within the promised time frame and scheduling installation was easy. The installers, Dave and Dan, were highly professional and we were blessed by a 65 degree day in January! Both Dave and Dan were very careful laying tarps and removing my expensive window treatments; they were very considerate of my needs and possessions. The install went smoothly and they did an excellent job on the window trim as well. After, they cleaned everything up and I have a gorgeous brand new window, even better since now it's below zero. Jim came out and gave a estimate and explained products, very personable and no pressure. I stopped by the store to get an apples to apples comparison from another contractor, very helpful. I contacted Thermalcraft and Jim came out to the house to make sure we were on the same page. Jim told me in 8-10 weeks somebody would contact me when materials were in and job ready to be started. Eight weeks later Barry called, said all was ready and they could start when I was ready. Workmen (2 guys) came to the house on 11/20, I gave them a key and my cell #, and they started. They finished job on 11/28 and did great work.

The window is in the process of being made to my specifications and will be installed in a few weeks. This is the 4th time I am using Thermalcraft because of their great service. Barry came out the next day after I called.

Pros: Estimates can be scheduled late in the evening around 6PM. The salesman arrived on time and provided a very detailed estimate per window. Promptness: On both days the 2 man crew was promptly on time, and immediately began working. The Exterior window finishing was extremely well done. Cons: Scheduling of Work: The time between estimate and install was 8-10 weeks. There was very little communication during this time, and they didn't even call the day before to remind you they were coming out or tell you what time they were going to arrive. Demo: They used the front window being replaced as the opening to remove the debris from the removal process. This would have been fine but they crushed and killed 6 plants where they laid their tarp and then the demo debris. The interior side of the windows were scratched in numerous places. Touch up paint provided. They also provided zero support for the numerous bricks that were knocked loose from the removal of the old framing.

They were very easy to work with. I am very happy with the results.

Everything went outstandingly well. The installers arrived at 7:40 AM, and started working at once. They did not stop for a coffee break or even lunch. They handled all my concerns with the greatest of care.

Excellent. Barry wrote up the quote while he was here so I had an estimate immediately. The price was far below other window companies. I did my research and found that the quality of the windows were solid. The prices are 1/2 to 1/3 less than any other quote I received, and our windows look fantastic! We love the new windows so much, they are coming back to give us an estimate for bedroom windows this week!

I would have to be honest and say that this company was not our first pick, but because their product fit into our budget, they are the ones we chose to go with. I don't have any regrets about that. They have been very nice to work with and I would recommend them to others looking for a decent quality replacement window.

I was very impressed with them. They have you look at it before they leave and I found one or two little things that needed to be fixed. They came back and fixed exactly what I needed with no problems. They are great.

Easy to contact, scheduled estimate quickly. Gave a written estimate before leaving. Seemed knowledgeable, arrived promptly. Windows would have taken 4-6 weeks to arrive. We decided to go with another company that was already doing some other work for us, but would consider them when replacing the rest of the windows.($2,500.00)

I obtained 3 estimates and their's was the best. They did have to come back to repair a torn window screen, but other than that, the experience went smoothly. They are professional, polite and easy to work with. The day of installation, they stayed after sundown to finish the job. I plan to use them again to replace the rest of my windows.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. The workers all showed up on time and were very respectful of my home. The window and door work well. My only complaint is that some of the caulking is a little sloppy- maybe that's the way it's suppose to be. I would hire them again.
