Barry was awesome. They came out and did everything very quickly. The quality of the work is awesome and we have already hired them again to install more windows. They were the best price and quality and offered the most services for the estimate they gave us in comparison to other companies.

Overall I am pleased with the work done. The workers arrived on time and did a fine job. The windows and doors look nice and work perfectly. There was a minor issue of carelessness with furniture, but I voiced my concern and the situation was rectified.

They were very efficient and took them less than 4 hours. They laid down drop clothes, cleaned up after them selves and when they left, except for the new windows They even re-installed by blinds.

They did an excellent job and we love the product. Two issues arose with 2 of the windows, and each time they remedied the problem very quickly and professionally.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They did make one mistake that I want to warn everyone about, but everything else was so good that I gave them straight A's anyway. OK, the good stuff:- great opening estimate meeting with Jim. No pressure but very thorough.- while we were deciding they would call once a week to check on the status, but still no pressure.- they were among the two lowest bids- very competitive price- once we said yes, Jim came out again, made our few revisions, and scheduled the work- They arrived on time and did the work on time. The windows, including the two new windows where they had to cut out the wall, look great.- They cleaned everything up and were on their way. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience. The ONLY NEGATIVE THING:- When we decided to have the wall cut and install two new windows, we told Jim we had no idea what was involved. He gave us a price and I specifically asked, "is there anything that could go wrong or make the price to go up?" He said "not a thing." But when they cut open the wall, the unexpectedly found some electrical wires that needed to be moved. He told me I would have to pay for that and he couldn't have foreseen that, but I reminded him that I asked him if there were any money costing unforeseen scenarios, and he had said no. He apologized and said he usually includes the "unexpected" disclaimer, and I believe him. So the job cost $200 more than the bid to pay for the electrician, but if you remember to ask in writing "how could this job end up costing more," then I would DEFINITELY USE THESE GUYS AGAIN!

The windows were ready 3 weeks after I signed the contract and installed the next week. They look great and work well.

We had old wooden sash windows with a large single-pane picture window that was like swiss cheese during the winter. Sadly, that window had also been caulked within an inch of its life, and looked nasty from the outside. Additionally, there were tiny pits in the window as though a ton of small pebbles had been thrown at it by a pressure washer. We got quotes from several vendors, and Thermal Craft came in with the perfect combination of competence and cost. We decided to go with a new bay window to replace our old. Understanding, of course, that custom windows need to be built, we waited just three weeks for the new window to be ready. They were very clean with the installation, walling off the area with plastic, and taking care of the garden we have planted underneath that window. Since our house is 70 years old, we were afraid that the windows wouldn't be standard, but that was no problem for this company. Both the owner and the installer were knowledgeable, helpful gentlemen, and the work was completed in the course of about three hours one afternoon. They reassured us that the job could be done without any damage to the window frames (which we had recently had painted), and they were true to their word. Wonderful, efficient service, especially for the modest price charged.

I called and set up an appointment for a quote on my windows. They were very accommodating to my less than flexible schedule. Unfortunately, they were 10 minutes early and no one answered my door. They were kind enough to swing back over a few hours later to do the quote. Less than 3 weeks later, they called to schedule the window replacement. They were on time, courteous and did a fantastic job.

I called Thermalcraft and James came out to measure and print an estimate. The price was reasonable and the color choices were good. There was no heavy sales pressure. After a couple of days, I decided to go with Thermalcraft. The windows arrived in about 2 weeks. The team that came to install them was prompt and very considerate. They were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. The windows look and work great. Considering the leaky, single pane, double hung windows they replaced, I expect good things from them. I think the quality of the installation is critical. Since we've had very moderate weather, the windows have mostly been open and it's hard to determine how leaky they are but on the days we have used the AC, I have noticed a lot less warm air leakage. The outside noise has also been reduced considerably. So far, so good. I have a few more windows to replace and I hope to use Thermalcraft when the time comes to replace them.

I really liked the fact that they gave a great presentation. Jim is the owner, he was very gregarious, and he took the time to answer all the questions that I had. I also liked the fact that they showed up on time, and when they were done, there wasn’t a speck of dust or anything in my house, inside or outside. They did a very good job of cleaning up, and I thought that their price was very good compared to the other companies that I had called.

Barry came out to give an estimate. Really nice guy. Mellow not pushy. He gave me the price, printed it out and didn't try any hard sell. The company did follow up with us several times on what we were going to do, but in no way did I feel rushed into anything. Barry came out again to do a second measurement after we decided to go for it. The windows came in about 3weeks. Installation was done at the time they said and it was pretty fast. I would highly recommend Thermalcraft.

Very pleased with this service. Barry visited the property twice - the first time to provide an estimate, the second time to make the actual measurements for window production. He does his work on a computer and even brings a portable inkjet printer, haha! For my building Barry recommended Alside windows, they seem comparable but slightly better than Feldco or other mid-range vinyl windows, but the price was better, so I pulled the trigger. Eight weeks later, they arrived to do the installations and performed them on-time, and with a high level of quality. This building was tricky because of how the drywall was installed on the inside, and dryvit (stucco) on the outside, but they did a great job and the windows look great. Barry designed a custom solution for some of my windows which were over-sized (which led the previous windows to all fail). The solution looks nice and the windows work great. My tenants are all thrilled with the new windows - good functionality and great energy efficiency. This has made a huge difference in the quality of the building. Thanks Thermalcraft!

I was very happy with their work. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, and during that call I was given a rough estimate for the window. For the formal estimate, they came to my place within a day or so and were right on time. They were very professional and the estimate matched the estimate given over the phone. They had to order the window which took about three weeks. When they came to do the work, they were fast, clean and professional. It took about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and the window looks great. They are a family owned business, and I am always happy to support local businesses who do quality work.

I placed the order, they answered all my questions, they installed in two days, they cleaned up, and when they left it looked it they weren't here. The doors are perfect. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for.

From the start there were no surprises I was not given an estaminet I was given the total cost. I was told it would take two days and it did. The workers kept all work areas coved and cleaned up after them self's. and most of all I noticed this winter a difference in my heating bill.

From estimate to follow up on completion of the work, they were informative, professional, polite and direct. During the estimate, they were able to price the job with options. The installers were on time, made good decisions, protected areas and cleaned up debris during the removal and installation process. On a reduction of a window in the kitchen, they provided me with information I would need to install window boxes to the studs located in the new wall material. They followed up with a special basement window egress required by our village. As of today, three months after completion, we are very satisfied with the services performed and the products they installed. Thanks guys!

They went through each problem area and explained exactly what would be need to correct it. They even explained alternatives and why they may or may not work.

We were completing a remodeling project in our kitchen, family room. We had used Thermal Craft before on the rest of our house windows. We were very happy with the Allside windows we had put in 2010 and the work Thermal Craft did. They completed the removal and installation in 1 day. Work was excellent and we would recommend them for any project.
