Greg came over and spent a lot of time looking at our home and really made us feel like he knew what he was talking about and wanted to take the job. He said he would be back to look at the foundation within a week or so, and would get us a quote within 3 weeks at most. He never called/contacted me in that time, so after 3 weeks I called Greg to follow up on when he was going to come again to look at the foundation. I told him that we were looking for a time frame so we can choose a contractor and get the process started. Greg said something along the lines of "it's really hot this week, I can't come". When I asked when he thought he would be able to come, he just said "I don't know". And that was it. Keep in mind we live VERY close to him. I left another voicemail about 2 weeks later, just to give him the benefit of the doubt, and still no response. I am very disappointed, mainly because he wasted a lot of our time when we could've been working with contractors who actually wanted the work. I had a good experience initially, but unfortunately his lack of professionalism after that really bummed me out.

Very well. They did a great job. We have been pleased with the finished product. We had other estimates but this company's estimate was $150,000 less than the competition. We highly recommend Steben to others.

Steben Builders Inc were professional, better than most general contractors, and they performed what I expected. They are a little pricier than other contractors but you get what you pay for.

They were fantastic the entire time. They were always on time and on budget. The craftsmanship was excellent as well. We hired them based on referrals from our neighbors and they lived up to their reputation!

They are finishing up this week and they were excellent. They are very timely and tidy. They clean up after they leave and they did it meticulously. They just did the work very well. They are a little bit on the expensive side, but they are worth it.
