+ -1 moreOutstanding. Phil Rich gave me a solid quote. He and his crew showed up on time and completed the work promptly. After the first week there was rain followed by a minor leak in the garage roof. I contacted Phil who came right out, diagnosed and fixed the problem and all been well since. My experience is that Phil is a man of his word who can be counted on to follow through and do excellent work.
