I agreed on the scope of project with Juan. We agreed on a lowered price. I even allowed him to substitute certain items. Unfortunately he did not complete the full project but I still paid him the full amount. I was not happy because my project is only 80% complete, he needed to install sod in the back corner of backyard which he did not do.

Thank you! JV Landscaping for fitting us into your schedule after a rainy week! My parents & I are recovering from covid & thank goodness JV Landscaping has been able to come to our rescue! I have signed up with them to finish our landscaping for the rest of the year! I don't have to think about fall clean-up! :)
