Description of Work: I had a leather coat repaired - they did a great job fixing the rip in the leather. Also had a pair of suede boots re-sewn around the heel. Super happy with the service!

 + 0 moreAlthough it took a little more time than expected, it didn't matter because they'll be ready for autumn. I would recommend Howard's Shoe and Luggage Repair to everyone. Thank you!!!!
Description of Work: I have a pair of Donald Pliner ankle boots that I really like but unfortunately, my oldest daughter wore them a few too many times. Howard personally replaced the leather on my heels and cleaned the pair of boots to perfection (although he wasn't satisfied with his first attempt and spent more of his time doing the job over again). I love the store because it's the only place of which I know that sells quality moccasins. Great job, Howard

Description of Work: Purchased wood shoe stretcher. They added and removed leather from my shoes do to a leg condition. He would make the shoe taller and shorter. He will not do more than needed. Helped choose the proper color to dye a Coach purse. He repairs leather goods, belts and purses

 + -1 morePerfect! The shoes look brand new. They put on new soles. They also put in a new leather liner. The shoes came back very clean and well-repaired. The cost was less than buying a new pair, although I feel as if I bought a new pair.

 + -1 moreThe belts were wonderful and fast. The birks took six months to come in, no fault of Howard's. They did call me and offer them to me at half off when they finally arrived. That was nice.
Description of Work: Brought in several belts to have shortened and sewn, repairs made. I also ordered some out of stock Birkenstocks.

 + 0 moreThey fixed the shoes, and they look absolutely amazing. Couldn't be happier. They also went the extra mile to inspect the rest of the shoe to make sure that the heels were stable, and weren't showing any signs of trouble. It's like they are brand new! I can't wait to try them out on the dance floor.
Description of Work: My favorite pair of strappy high heeled shoes had a broken strap from the leather side and both of the small buckles that secure the straps were attached to elastic that was about to break.
