Manny and his crew were courteous, fast, and communicated everything brilliantly. They cleaned up and left the window wells and our driveway better than they found them! The over-the-phone quote was honored (granted, I gave accurate information), and they were in and out quickly. They called to say that they were running late, just in case, while eventually arriving within their estimated window (no pun intended). I immediately recommended his services to a neighbor, and he was able to do their window wells at the same time. I would recommend Manny's services to anyone looking for window well covers!

They did a great job! Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs new basement windows and well covers. The covers look so much better than the old metal ones, and I'm very happy that they provide security. The gentlemen arrived when planned and explained everything they were going to do. They went right to work and once the job was completed, we then went to each window to make sure I was happy with the job. I will be calling them for any future work!

These guys where unbelievable. They showed up on time and even called to give us a heads up. After checking our Windows and measuring them they gave me a set price, that included Installation and they even cleaned the window wells. THey price was right and they did it right then. The built each one by hand, installed all with in about 45min. The little things is what made me really happy, cleaned up all their scraps including the little shavings from drill holes, cleaning the window wells with out even asking, and it was 1 price. No install fee, service call fee, just 1 price all done. My only regret is I Didn't call them Earlier.

Came out immediately, window well cover attractive, secure and completed on site in remarkably short time. Installer explained the system before leaving, price comparable to big box, where you had to guess the correct dimensions of the well and install yourself. I would have no reservations in using them again.

Manny was great. The came and gave me a free estimate and said the could have it installed in 20 minutes. I told them my kids were napping so they were extremely quiet which I really appreciated.

Okay, first let's start with communication. Handy Manny was INCREDIBLE. I went to their website and requested a quote. When I got an email back a couple of minutes later, I assumed it was a "we received your request and will get back to you shortly" type of email. NOPE! It was my quote. Emails after that ... the response time AVERAGED UNDER SIX MINUTES!!!!! Now when I emailed them about custom window well covers, I assumed these were going to take a few weeks. Again, wrong! I got my estimate on Friday, and on Tuesday a crew was at my house. The gentlemen were polite, professional, and got RIGHT to work. I went inside to fill out some paperwork that my daughter needed for a doctors appointment, and before I could finish, the doorbell was ringing. The crew was telling me they were done. They weren't there 30 minutes. I'm pretty sure less than 20, and they had custom made covers, and installed them. They are EXACTLY what I was looking for. If you go to a home improvement big box, you can get cheap covers that look like a good snow could make them collapse, or you could pay $150 each for a higher quality adjustable one. For far less than the adjustable ones, I got strong (my 250+ lbs stood on it) well made, lifetime warrantied, covers. Would I call Handy Manny again? I can't imagine calling anyone else for window well covers.
