Perfectly. Derek came out to see what needed to be done, gave a quote and was able to schedule the work in a timely manner. He arrived on time with a crew large enough to complete the job in one day. They did a great job, were professional and minimized the disruption to the household. I would definitely hire them again and recommend CPR.

Derek and his crew really came through for us on short notice and did a fantastic job! We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and main level when we learned that the painter we had used for years suddenly left the business. The remodeling contractor (who did not do painting) was going to install the cabinets in a week and I wanted to get the walls painted before the cabinets went in. I contacted Derek and he responded promptly. Even though he was booked he managed to come for a few hours and prime/paint before the cabinets went in. He also gave me a very fair estimate that indluded premium Benjamin Moore paint to complete the paint job in the kitchen, remainder of first level, powder room and upper level hall. Derek brought his crew in when the remodel was done and got all the prep and painting done. They were punctual and professional from start to finish. They were respectful of our house and cleaned up so well as they went along you would not have known they were there in the first place except for the great looking paint job. We were particulary concerned about an oak-stained bay window that they had to sand and paint white but the end result looks terrific. We definitely plan to use them for future painting jobs.

Derek and his team did a wonderful job painting our unfinished basement ceiling. They arrived on time and finished the project in one day as promised. Derek was very courteous, professional and thorough in his work. We were very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to hire him again for any future projects we may have.

I am very happy with the quality and responsiveness of Complete Painting and Restoration. They moved furniture as needed, fixed some cracks in the walls, painted the ceiling and walls, restored the furniture to its placement. What impressed me a lot was they came back the next day to rehang pictures after the walls dried. The quality of the job and the neatness of the job was impressive. Thank you again.

Excellent. 2 crew members came to work simultaneously for full 8hrs; one to paint living room and one to do office ceiling. Note: this was two different jobs. On time, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend; we would definitely use them again.

Helped with the color selection and painted an accent wall. The inside wall where the two colors meet looks so clean and straight. Very clean!!

Showed up everyday at 7:00 a.m. and left for day 3:30-4:00 p.m. Due to rain in forecast, they’re finishing front porch and side porch (painting and staining) and painting 14 shutters and front door. Flawless job. There was a good amount of patch and repair before paint and the room is perfect! A HEPA filter vac was used with all the sanding and that made for a completely dust free job. Derek is very professional.

Old latex paint from a previous owner left odors. Derek put on numerous coats of shellac varnish and paint to make the job perfect. Very few painters are this responsive and professional

It went beyond my expectations. Firstly, Derek listened to,the problem and gave excellent recommendations. He submitted a very competitive bid in a timely manner. Because of his professionalism, responsiveness and competitive bid I went with him. I could not be more pleased with that decision. He arrived on time with three well mannered professional men. They were courteous and professional. They did excellent prep work and painted over the chemically laden walls and ceiling. They paid attention to detail, cutting perfect lines and getting all of the trim done perfectly. Although the contract was for only one coat of paint, the chemicals beneath made a second coat advisable. Derek was willing to do this on his own nickel, just to walk away from a job well done. Naturally that did not happen. When you have someone do quality work for you, the only right thing is to reward it. I highly recommend Complete Painting and Restoration to anyone who wants a cost effective, timely, professional and excellent job accomplished.

Our kitchen remodel was completed near the end of October 2017, so at Thanksgiving time, I am so thankful that I found Derek and Complete Painting and Restoration on Angie’s List. They were amazing!!! They did a wonderful job repainting our kitchen cabinets. Complete Painting and Restoration took all the doors and drawer fronts to their shop, washed, sanded, and painted them and reinstalled them. The cabinet frames were painted in place. New hardware was installed where none existed. The kitchen looks brand new!!! Our cabinets were transformed from a medium dark brown to a beautiful updated white. Friends ask if we got new cabinets because of the finish that looks like a manufacturer’s finish. Derek answered my initial contact quickly, and took time to explain in detail how the job would be done. He provided a very complete and detailed proposal. Anytime we had questions, he was prompt and patient to respond. We enjoyed that he updated us with photos of the process. Above all, we appreciate the way Derek worked within our limited time frame, working the weekend to complete the job ahead of schedule. We also very much appreciated Derek’s recommendation to visit the In-Store Design Consultants at the JC Licht paint store in Wheaton, IL to help us narrow down paint choices. Within a few minutes, they helped us choose the perfect color. Derek and his crew were very meticulous, showed up when they said they would and were very polite. The area was prepped, covered and taped prior to painting. Everything was covered up so well that even with the cabinet sanding, there was little dust in other rooms. Cleanup was complete. They worked efficiently, and even resolved a problem left by one of the other servicers. I feel lucky to have found a skilled painting company that matched my level of perfection! I would recommend Complete Painting and Restoration to anyone.

Derek has been a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive and flexible with the schedule. Him and Ryan completed two bedrooms in as professional manner and made a very sloppy wall look brand new.
