Description of Work: Mold in attic

Description of Work: My association had BDK come out to clean after a sewer back up. They cleaned the carpets and dried out areas with fans. I needed to have my padding replaced and they told me that my association would not pay for it and I was verbally quoted a price on the phone from the girl in the office and the high end of the quote was $120.00. The bill came in at $240.00 and they also broke, cracked and damaged my base trim. It looks awful and when I complained about the price being over what I was quoted I was told by Brad that it is just an estimate. I also mentioned the damaged base trim and he said that he did not know what condition the trim was in when they got there insinuating that the trim may have already been damaged. I was there when the person removing the trim broke it and so was my tenant. I refused to pay and he placed a lien on my property. They did the exact same thing to the owner across the hall from me. They quoted one price and billed another and they also damaged his base trim as well. I believe they do this intentionally so they can place liens on properties and make more money.
