They said they are going to provide me a 3 $100.00 gift card upon having them installed an internet and cable lines, but the manager told me that the gift card isn't available yet. I received the first 2 Gift card but on the 3rd one I experienced a problem after activating. When I purchased 2 I phones they promised me a credit but they didn't deliver the credit just yet. They said it will take months to get the credit which was frustrating! They keep on prolonging the contract. I sent an email last Friday 6/15/2018 telling them there's something wrong.The manager(Erin Miller) got mad, she said it would take 60 days of active service before getting the last gift card. I am very frustrated with AT&T! They said that if I will cancel the account they will make me pay the penalty.

Over the last year, I have had 3 checks (on 2 accounts) that have already cleared the bank lost by AT&T. Then when I call them, their attitude is one of its not their fault, I must have not made a payment. Getting the info for which check is missing has been a chore, they tell me a payment was not made, but can't tell me which one it is. When we determine which check is missing, I send them a copy but they never respond as I asked them to. Eventually, in a couple of months, the phone bill finally gets fixed. In over 30 years, I have never had a check that has cleared the bank go missing, and now 3 times with the same company.

Nothing has worked. I cannot get on the internet. I do not have phone service either. They have been out numerous times (more than 10), but I still have no service. I'm paying my monthly bill and I have no service. The last time I had a friend call (a week ago) to have them come out to help me and they never showed up. She has called 3 times for me. I feel like they just don't care. I have told them when I am on the phone with them that "if we get cut off and the phone goes dead, you'll have to send someone out because I will not be able to call you back". The phone has gone dead twice while I was on the phone with them and they never come out. Cost is for monthly bill.
