I will NEVER EVER use them again. When we moved into this house in 2012, the Purifying system was already here. The first time they came out to help get everything up and running they were professional and nice. But that will be the only time I would use nice in the same sentence with this company. Back in December 2013 our technician, Mark, came out to help fix a broken piece in our system. He didn't have the part with him, so he took the broken part with and said he would be in contact with us to replace the piece. Over the next 4 months we played phone tag with Mark, and he continued to give us the run around that the piece was back ordered, then he had to check the warehouse to make sure it came in, then he went silent and quit answering or returning our phone calls. Now we are in June, 6 months later. I called the company to send another technician out to check our system because now it is saying that it needs service and we need to contact the dealer (also now I'm seeing black specks in our water). I made an appointment with them and no one ever showed up for the appointment. Not even a phone call. So I called back to make another appointment and their excuse was "we are having difficulty finding someone to come to your area!" I got another appointment and yet again no one ever showed. I called 5 minutes after the appointment was missed and no one would answer my call or return my messages. I even called their emergency line and left a message and NOTHING, not even a courtesy call back and it has been 5 days. ALSO, I asked a plumber friend to help me find the broken piece so I can get my system back up and running and no one will help him get the piece unless you are a dealer or technician of the product, which is bogus because the dealer & technician of the product won't call me back! They laughed in my friends face saying that he'll never get that piece unless he has the broken piece, which Mark, took with him and won't call back. I have NEVER had service this bad in my life, and I deal with multiple companies daily with my job in property management. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY you will waste your time and money. They are frauds!
