handyman service, deck cleaning
+ 0 moreI scheduled an appointment with Michael Goldman of Weatherproof-it for August 21 at 4:00pm. No show. No phone call to say "I'm running late". No phone call to say "Sorry, I'm going to have to cancel and reschedule". So, if you want someone to honor their appointments, don't call Michael Goldman of Weatherproof-it.
Description of Work: I had an appointment and he did not show up. No phone call to cancel. Just no show.

deck cleaning
+ -1 moreMike arrived the first day and did the first part of the job. He said he would need to come back and finish the other parts of the job. I had to text and call several times and he finally came out and did 3 supports to 3 fence posts. He left again without completing the final, large part of the job. I called and asked why he didn't finish, he said, "oh, i didn't realize there was more." Seriously? When I showed you the problem the first day? The first posts he put in were fine. However, the "supports" were nothing more than window dressing. terrible quality. Mike made some promises to return but never came. Eventually, he just stopped answering my texts and calls. So completely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Mike replaced a couple of privacy fence sections that had fallen due to a storm. He was also supposed to return and replace another section of the fence that was about to fall and repair 3 other sections that needed supports only.
