We have been making numerous calls over the past 18 months in order to get parts replaced and have had no luck. We have heard everything from problems with employee turnover to our file being lost (3 times). The latest is they cannot help us unless we send them a copy of our original receipt. I am not sure why they need a piece of paper that is at least 7 years old when they were able to pull up our exact purchase in their computer, except for the fact that it is one more reason they can use for not honoring their warrantee. Anyway, the original receipt was faxed to them about two weeks ago and we have yet to hear anything. That has been the pattern over the past 18 months. We do what they ask, they never respond, we call back a month or two later and they have no record of ever talking to us. Superior product, although very expensive compared to others. Overall we are very happy with the purchase however, they do not stand behind the product and seem to forget you exist after the check clears. If I had to do it all over, I would pick a different company.
Description of Work: Spent over 5k on the swing set approximately 6-7 years ago. Plastic handles warped on numerous parts and most metal fasteners have rusted, not to mention cracks in the wood and the cloth canopy falling apart. Lifetime warrantee on most of the parts however, they will not honor it.

It was a swing set and slides. They had a nice showroom and the people were nice and were not pushy. You could see the stuff before you bought it and see the quality of it as well. They came out within a couple of days and installed everything and the installers were friendly. They cleaned up when they were done and knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: We purchased a children’s play set from Rainbow Play Systems in May 2009.

GREAT STUFF. INDOOR SALESROOM WHERE YOU CAN TRY OUT MANY DIFFERENT STYLES OF PLAY EQUIPMENT. SALESMAN WAS NO PRESSURE. LOTS OF OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. INSTALLERS WERE HERE WHEN SCHEDULED. THE COLOR FLAGS WE ORDERED WERE BACK ORDERED, BUT WERE INSTALLED (AN NOT ESSENTIAL TO THE USE OF THE SET). WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.
