Alex was responsive and did great work. He made sure that the deck was prepared properly and was patient with the weather to make sure the deck would have time to dry. Reasonable pricing as well.

Alexey came promptly to provide an estimate for window washing and screen repair. Erik removed all screens and washed the windows. He was polite, professional, fast and efficient. Alexey returned the repaired screens a few days later and installed them very quickly. It was an absolute pleasure working with Monapix. Keep up the good work!

Alex and his team do a great job every time we have them come out to clean our gutters. We have some short needle pine trees that seem to dump a metric ton of needles every year and it seems like 95% of them end up in our gutters! His team comes out, ensures that every gutter is spotless and is also helpful in pointing out any issues they see, but doesn't try and upsell you on other services. If you need your gutters cleaned and don't like climbing a ladder to your second story, reach out to Monapix, they really do great work!

Good experience except, though I told them on phone (and they had it documented) & walked around with workers what I wanted they went ahead and washed windows and wanted to charge another $80. They didn't put up a fuss. I don't know if this was honest mistake on their part or intentionally doing work I didn't ask for and trying to get me to pay for it. Just don't know who to trust nowadays!

2 guys were on time, polite and professional. They did estimate prior to coming and called with price, which was appropriate. Discussed what I needed and how. They got to work and finished about 122 windows in less than 4 hours, It was very fast and efficient, they cleaned even the window seals, the also did let me know about problems on the roof and gutters that needed to be addressed. I had 3 other companies before them and always had some issues. I would recommend them to my friends and will call them next year again.

Great. We had this done by others previously and they were VERY sloppy and did not clean up. Monapix was great and very tidy.

Working with Alex at Monapix was a great experience from start to finish. We had window washing (interior and exterior), gutter cleaning, deck power washing and deck sealing completed by Monapix. Alex was communicative, prompt and delivered the agreed-upon services quickly during the busy early summer season. I’ve used many companies for these services over the years and Monapix was far and away the best. I usually need to clean up after having these services completed - but not with Monapix. They were detail-oriented and left the work areas neat and clean. I was pleased with the interactions, price and finished product. I will use definitely use Monapix again in the future for these ongoing service needs.

All in all the house looks shiny an clean from afar. If you look closely it still has grime on the thinner areas. Now I need to get out there and scrub. Maybe I expected too much . It was my first.

Have used Monapix for 6 or 7years twice a year to clean the nearly 50 windows in our Palatine house, inside and out + skylights. Great job, on time, good clean-up, friendly, reasonable price (and remembers to keep the doors closed so my cats don't sneak out).

Project: whole house (2 story) pressure wash, all windows cleaned inside and outside. The crew showed up exactly on time and did an amazing job on the house as well as garden shed. I’m a control freak, but couldn’t do the job better myself. We are very happy with Alex and his crew. Excellent communication and professional advice. I was even warned that a couple of our insulated window panes have leaking seal and may need replacement or repair. We would highly recommend the company if you need house, windows, gutters cleaned. They did a very good job. They washed the windows, tracks and screens. They were on time and reasonably priced. I will have them back again next year. Also, I had a couple of screens with holes in them, and they repaired those as well. It is nice to not have to take my screens somewhere for repair. They take them and repair them and bring back. Also, they were cheaper than the hardware store.

We called and the response time time was fast and efficient. They power washed our patio that was in horriable condition. When did, it looked brand new. Thank you Alex for the wonderful job. John.

Ohmagosh, these guys are great. I got a recommendation from a friend after last week's window washers never showed up. I called on Thursday afternoon April 21, and was on the schedule for Monday, April 25. These guys came one half hour EARLY, which was fine with me, as I was at home that day. They did all windows, inside and out, and screens. They were done in 1 1/2 hours. They pointed out a spot on one of the windows where it needed some maintenance. They were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
