I contacted Michael on short notice. He was clearly busy but asked the right questions and had me send photos so that he could quickly assess what was needed. He arranged to complete the work within a short timeframe. The workers were friendly and efficient, and the price was very reasonable. Very satisfied!

We had cracks and shifting in a few places on our ceilings and walls. We hired Michael to fix the drywall, and paint walls, baseboards and ceilings. He was able to start the project two days later. His expertise ensured that the proper materials and paints were used. He also provided some good advice with color. The crew (Joe, Larry and Bob) did an excellent job and the final result looks great. There were no delays and I didn't have to put up any money upfront.

Michael was very responsive, professional, and overall a really nice guy. The guys working for him were efficient and respectful. They completed a room with 3 different trims in one day and did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Mike Bianchi and his team did great work all around at my property. He was hired to restain my deck (which had a lot of old stain peeling), clean sections of my vinyl siding (which had a lot of green algae growing), and paint the exterior wooden trim of the house (including all the way up the chimney, and replacing rotted wood). I could see that he really cares about the quality of work, and I appreciated that he kept me informed of progress. Pricing was very reasonable, and he got all the jobs completed in good timing as well. I think the title of his business doesn't say enough - he's definitely a great contractor to have, not just for painting.

Michael is a very nice man. He kept in contact with me until the work was over and paid for. His young worker was nice as well. The price to do the work was good. However, the working progress was extremely slow. If I had known it was going to take as long as it did I would have just had someone scrape the garage doors and I would have painted it myself. I never knew when he was going to show up to start the work. The first day he had a reasonable excuse. He hurt his finger and went to the doctor to have it mended. He needs to work on his time management skills. Tell the customer when he will show up. Preferable early in the morning so it is not too hot out for him to do the work. Show up on time. Work quickly and efficiently. Do not chat on the phone or dilly dally. Taking a break is fine. Coming inside the house to use the restroom or cool off was fine. Comparing this job to others, I was really expecting more than one person to get it all scraped and painted in less time than it took. When he was all done I noticed that he had not finished the job. The trim around the garage doors was scraped but not painted. The worker told me his boss does not include that in the job. He said he could finish it but had to go somewhere. I asked where. He said he had to do a power washing somewhere else but would come back to finish. So he left and I did not know when he would be coming back so I finished painting the trim my self. When I was pretty much finished he came back. He apologized and said while he was out to lunch talking to his girlfriend. He had to tell her he had to get back to work. I reminded him that he told me he had to power wash something. He started to clean up the scraped paint chips. I told him to leave it I could do it myself. He said they are hard to clean up. I told him I had a shop vac that could do it. He said he would clean up and leave. Then told me he cracked the garage window while he was working. He asked me not to tell his boss and that he would fix it himself. I told him his boss should be bonded and insured and able to fix it. He said he did not want to mess up his boss's insurance. While he was cleaning and I was out with my dogs he asked if he could use my shop vac to finish cleaning. I said no I will do it later. I texted his boss to let him know the window was cracked and I expected his insurance would cover it. All he said was he was sorry that happened. He did not offer to fix it or even mention having it fixed.

Three bests : First, the quality and timeliness of his work. Second, the quality of his crew: great guys who do top-notch work. Third, Mike himself was all over this job. He was here almost every day checking on the work and making sure I was satisfied. Outstanding!

In my experience it s hard to find a good contractor. Michael B and team did a quality professional job in my garage and basement. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again.

Did a great job at a great price!

In addition to being a superior craftsman, Michael surrounds himself with quality support personnel. Michael introduced himself, proceeded to describe what he would do for us in exact detail, quoted us a more than fair price, and proceeded to go above and beyond duty s call in many ways. When the job was done, he explained that he did a little more than he described, but did not move one dime off of the original quote. I don t know if I should name all of the support staff that I met, but they were all first rate and kind individuals. Lastly I must say that Michael was among the nicest human beings I ve ever met. I told him it was a pleasure to have him and his staff in my home, and I meant it sincerely! Thank you for EVERYTHING Michael! I ll call you First from now on!

Michael and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Michael pays attention to every detail and gives a fair estimate. I had my entry hall and living room painted and they look fantastic. Michael deserves a 12 out of 10- he came back on a Sunday just to touch up some areas and even fixed the grout on my fireplace which wasn t part of the job. They will not disappoint.

I was extremely pleased with my painting job! Michael s pricing beat the other estimates which I received and the painters he has working for him were great. They did a wonderful job on my tall walls and stairway and cleaned up when they were done.
