I hired Michael B. to fix my botched ceiling drywall install job (basement). After getting two quotes (Michael was literally half the other guy!). I hired him to fix the ceiling. Not only did he fix all of the seems, bubbles, and corners on the ceiling, but he went ahead and fixed many glaring problems on the wall as well. for no extra charge. why, because he knew we had finished the basement to put the house on the market and he wanted to make sure everything looked prime-time ready for showings. What a good guy!
