National Carpet Clean

Last year, they refused to answer my 8 calls or 3 letters asking them to come back and clean the huge spot they missed. Thought I would try them again, but this year they stood me up. They were scheduled at 11:00, called and said they would be there at 12:30. At 12:30, they called and said they weren 't coming because I wasn't happy with last years service. Well, if they would have called me back last year and stood behind their guarantee of satisfaction (or returned at lest one of my 8 calls) that would have been a start. The rest of the house was great, but I wanted the job finished and the stain out. But the icing on the cake was first missing their scheduled appointment today, rescheduling, and then telling me that it was my fault. I would not recommend this company. They do not honor their guarantee. They do not return calls or answer letters asking for the service that was paid for in advance but not received. And, they blow you off at the last second when you are scheduled for service.

I thought one room's carpet was unsalageable - the renters left a very heavy layer of black goo crusted on it. There were numerous other spots throughout. ALL of it came out! I was amazed!

I have bad allergies and had cleaned our carpets once myself, but too h****** the back and too much work. And that machine I bought was $250 and is sitting in my closet collecting dust. So saw this company had high ratings on Angie's List and they finished cleaning 3 bedrooms and living/dining area a few hours ago and all for $150. The carpets have been in this house at least 12 years from what we know and look like new now. They moved furniture and then put it back in place and set things up on styro blocks. They treated spots too. I cannot stand any perfumed cleaners and there is no smell except our whole house just smells clean!! I feel their price was very reasonable and will definitely use them again in the future. I'm wondering why we waited so long to have this done. I wouldn't mind doing this every 1 to 1 1/2 years.

They were quick and efficient, they were very polite and they actually went above and beyond and cleaned a couple of rugs that we hadn't included in the initial quote.

Very professional. Arrived when they said they would and completed the job in the time they estimated. Overall a very pleasant experience.

took about an hour to steam clean and was dry about six hours later.
