 + -1 moreI called them when I had an initial issue with a clogged sewer line. They came out and cleaned it with their camera not a snake. 5 days later I have the same issue. Thinking that it would be covered by their warranty of at least 5 days I called them again they came out again he found a clog and used his camera to clean the clock not a snake. Told me that it was probably going to be covered since it only been 5 days. When he was done he called his office and they told him to charge me the same amount they did the first time. I will not use this company again because they do not stand behind their work of 5 days. For the price I paid I could have had somebody else come and do it cheaper the second time and got in a 30-day warranty

Description of Work: Hired them to hook up plumbing in barn and paid for it. Discovered it had not been hooked up and called them to complete the job. The workman said he had no idea why he hadn't hooked it up. Not only did we receive a bill for the hookup we paid for already but the water line was leaking after the work. Called Mars and they came out and repaired the line and we received a bill for the leaking line caused by their worker. And the line was still leaking. We called again, had another service visit and received yet another bill!! So we gave up after being billed twice for a hookup and twice for repairs to damage caused by their worker. I would not recommend this plumber.
