I called around and they were the most reasonable. I was really pleased. I asked them to call ahead of time whenever they were coming out to the house and they gave me plenty of notice, he was dressed professionally, he went through everything that I wanted to get done and then I asked him if I needed to stick around and he told me "No". So I left and came back. He looked at all the locks and told me which ones needed new hardware and he was very knowledgeable.

I had used their services previously at a job I held. This time I walked in to their offices to make the appointment in-person. The locksmith showed up exactly on time and was completely professional. He went out of his way to make sure I was knew what he was doing and where he was. The re-keying cost more than replacement and self-installation of items I could have picked up at a big-box store, but I did not have time to change out the locks and knobs myself. They saved me at least a half-day of shopping and work so it was well worth the money.

The company came to our home to rekey some locks. They inadvertently did not tell me there was an onsite service charge (50.00). When presented with the bill, they insisted the service charge had to be paid. The owner of the company refused to discuss the issue and the possibility of an error on their part, and directed the person who did the work to take back the keys (that he had given us) and leave. He also said that if we did not return the keys, he would call the police. We ended up paying the additional 50.00, and hope that no one else has to go through such an ordeal with this company.

This locksmith store seems to know what they are doing and the only locksmith store that is capable of duplicating my key. However, I was left standing there in the store without a word on for close to 10 minutes after requesting a key to be duplicated... When I said "Excuse me, I don't mean to rush you, but could you tell me how long the process will take?" I was given back the key by the owner and told that he would not be rushed. I responded "I did not mean mean to be rude or anything" he just walked away with his back turned against me. The other employee apologized and told me to come back another time. In all honesty, how can you be the owner of a business and treat customers with so little respect and courtesy. I am not a fan.

When I called to schedule the appointment, I was concerned. The woman that I spoke with had told me that their appointment windows were either 9-12 or 1-4 daily. Since I work 8-5, I was concerned that I was going to have to take off of work to be available for the technician to enter my home. I took the time off and went to wait. The technician called me to check that I would be home at the time he was available to arrive. He was quick and efficient. I ended up only waiting until 2 before he arrived, and he was done with the work in about 45 minutes. Although the large appointment window still puts me off, the company was all around good otherwise.

After having our house broken into the night before, we called Tri-Color Locksmith and they were out to our house in about 30 minutes, which is way faster than I expected. The locksmith was professional and sympathetic to our situation, was reassuring and demonstrated total competence. He re-keyed all the deadbolts in our house and garage to match a new lock we had just installed ourselves. He made us several copies of the key which are to manufacturer's specifications (e.g. not the poorly copied kind you get at the hardware store). He was done in about 30 minutes, and didn't leave until we had checked each key in each of the re-keyed locks to ensure a perfect fit. Tri-color will be our locksmiths for all future lock needs!

They were extremely prompt and I needed that with them that morning. They figured out a way to do it. They were very courteous.

Very responsive, arrived as promised the morning following my call. Good discussion of options on dealing with repair or replacement of existing locks. Job completed in a timely manner, including the improvement of the operation of a dead bolt lock. No problems.

Great experience with TriColor locksmiths. Daughter's key broke off in the front door and Joey came out the day I called. Got the key out immediately and then went over and above and spent several minutes making sure the lock operated smoothly and correctly. A-plus work.

I was very impressed with his work. It was done in a timely manner. I will use Tri-Color again and recommend them to others.

They were good and they did a good job. They were very responsive. I would tell people to go ahead and use them.

Our sole car key fell apart at about 5 pm on the Friday before Labor Day. It is a fob-type device with a remote and a flip-out key. I called the dealer and they said they couldn't see me until Tuesday and that it would cost $310 to make one new key. Tri-Color repaired our broken key and cut a new one (electronic but without a remote) for $72 after I brought the key in 15 minutes before closing time. We were back in business!
