Went well. He found our humidifier access was "closed" instead of open, which was a problem, and our humidifier filter qualified as an EPA superfund cleanup site ... so that needed replacement. Also did general maintenance, cleaning, checking. Personable fellow and work done promptly; I'd recommend them. This was our first use of Rose, and I'm pleased so far.

They arrived within 24h of our call. Very helpful and professional. Great at explaining the details. Highly recommend!

The experience is very good. They have done a few other things. They put in my duct work for my dryer. I think it is $79.00 to come out clean it, filters and go out and check the compressor. They do a good job. They are very good people and have good technicians.

Excellent!! The service man came out within the hour and fixed the issue and explained it to me. He was very professional and knowledgeable and helpful. The next day I talked to the owner of the company who was very pleasant and helpful. I feel totally confident about using this company to service and repair my furnace and conditioner. HIGHLY recommend!

My air conditioner quit working early Saturday morning during a 90+ degree weekend. I called Rose's at 7:30AM on Monday and they told me Craig would be there between 2:00 and 2:30PM that day. Craig arrived at 2:17! He quickly assessed the problem and thought my unit had taken a possible lightning strike because the control board was burnt up. He replaced the part, got my air conditioner running and even took the time to make sure that my furnace was still functioning correctly and there weren't any additional problems. Craig also made a point of covering his shoes to not track anything from the basement to my thermostat in the dining room. I have been a customer of Rose's for almost 10 years and have never hesitated calling them. They are honest, fair and very conscientious in their work. This single Mom is very thankful for this outstanding company!

My central air was not cooling. The company came out and found that a part was broken. They ordered the part and it took a week for it to come in. When the tech came back, he discovered that the wrong part had been ordered/shipped. The company blamed the distributor and re-ordered the part. The company would not work with me on getting the second part installed on my schedule...even though they had made the mistake. I re-arranged my schedule to get the a/c fixed before I left town on business. They then over-charged me for labor (the tech was only here for 2.5 hours, but I was charged for 3.5).

The first guy came out and he thought it was possibly just the air filter. It turned out the condensation from the exhaust line had frozen and blocked the line. The second guy came out and knew exactly what it was and they didn't charge me for the first visit. I was very happy with the service.

We'd been trying to find a good way to air condition our second floor for several years. We talked with three other installers previous to contacting Rose. Dave Boswell listened to what we wanted to do. He asked lots of questions and listened. We received the estimate in about a week. He visited with us again and we discussed the project that would be done. He did an excellent job of paying attention to aesthetics--coming up with an elegant solution to cooling the guest room with an existing ductless unit from another room. Although this unit was pricey when we installed it 7 years ago, it was never adequate to cool the room for which it was installed. When we were prepared to go ahead, the work began within a week. Rose had a good working relationship with the electrician we used and the electrical part of the work happened when needed. We love the way the air-conditioning looks. I wish all our renovations went as smoothly and were done as promised. We will definitely call on Rose in the future.

Overall, it went pretty well. On-time, professional estimate. Competitive price, and good advice about the systems under consideration. In the end, the price for the estimate was the deciding factor - it was a little high. But, I would be very interested in calling them to provide an estimate should the need arise in the future.
