Description of Work: EVERYTHING!!!! Let's see it's been almost 3 yrs now and our home is still untouched! Our foundation fell in and our home is falling apart like an 80 yr old house. Cabinets are falling from the walls. Nail heads are popping through. Cracks are insane in the walls. My screens are busting out oh and so have my pipes due to shotty work now my cabinets are warped. Well it's the wrong kitchen anyways so whatever! Wrong appliances too. Not to mention they gave us 8ft ceilings instead of 9. Different colored light fixtures sitting next to each other. Classy. Had to place support beams in our basement under jetted tub after being told it was not supported and could fall. Yeah our youngest had only been bathing in for the whole week!!!!! Our ceiling is bowing down the center of our home. They said we got up and walked around in our attic ( ummm try again) try setting the trellis up correctly or muddling and sanding! We got a porch that cost us over 2,000 it's no bigger than our front door. The homes are set up there on the lot to not shake by they move the blocks in a foot or so. They are also not heated so you don't know that the windows are crap and will mold like ours do when heated. Be aware these home are shotty. Keep your money. We are still fighting for our home to this day. Do NOT put anything down with these folks. The bbb is not a trusted site. I have posted my complaint and review 4 x yet it mysteriously is not posted. Yet 4 total bad expierences besides mine they have an A+ rating?! Not right! Keep your money build yourself or get someone to do it for you. Menards has kits for the same price. Wish we had known! Or done the shed house thing. This was to be a dream from a disaster they made it a disaster! This is just the tip of iceberg for us.

+ -1 moreHorrible experience. Awful communication. Poor quality. Not responsive. Did I say poor quality? High volume business model that does not give any consideration to customer. Work orders were not completed correctly on initial delivery. Took forever. Timeline provided during purchase was completely inaccurate. Still an ongoing process after two years. Had I known what I was getting into, I'd have built a home from the ground up with a reputable builder. BUYER BEWARE!!! Complete scam artists.
