Description of Work: Had a washing machine installed from box store which leaked at connection. Needed someone to fix for disabled family member and I live 3 hours away.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the pipe from our sub pump. We called a few places for weekend emergency service and only one who got back to us immediately! There was a delay in arrival due to an error but it was still done and they were super apologetic. I would recommend them to anyone needing services especially if it's off hours.

Description of Work: They did a nice job fixing our sewer line and were very responsive to this issue. After they completed the job we also contracted with them to fill the concrete in our driveway--they had to remove this to dig up our sewer line. They were not responsive with respect to filling the driveway. After three weeks of not filling the driveway we contracted with another service.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a clog in the pipes, removed the toilet and cleared the clog.

Description of Work: Last year, in 2012, I had a backup in our sewer pipes. When I called Mr. Rooter, they were quick in response, very friendly and professional. This year, 2013, I had them come out to replace some of my sewer pipes under my home due to the cast iron pipes starting to deteriorate.

Description of Work: I called Mr. Rooter to address a clogged toilet in my home.

Description of Work: Cleaned tree roots from sewer line, returned the next day and sent a camera through the line to see what else might have caused the back-up.

Description of Work: I used Mr. Rooter on the 5th of October and he replaced a pressure tank and did the plumbing that goes to it.

Description of Work: Mr. Rooter first came to my house on an emergency basis on a Sunday afternoon in early October, 2010 (it was his wedding anniversary!). I had flushed the toilet and was doing laundry. The toilet ended up in the sink in the basement. He spent over 3 hours and pulled out the roots which had penetrated the sewer pipe and created the blockage. I have never been so grateful to be rescued on a Sunday afternoon. Normal flow was restored temporarily. Mr. Rooter returned the following Wednesday and performed many needed plumbing jobs I had been avoiding having repaired. I was going to get a new toilet but it would not fit my small bathroom, so instead the old toilet was completely refurbished, and works perfectly. Next the bathroom faucet was replaced (broken handle for many years and dripping). Then, the kitchen double sink had been backing up for 20 years, but I was told by another plumber 5 years ago that I would have to replace the pipe in the wall and hire a carpenter, etc. and that it would be very costly, so I had delayed and just kept plunging it myself. The real problem determined immediately by Mr. Rooter was that the drain pipe in the basement was clogged. It was cleaned out quickly, and so now I can do dishes and not have to worry about back flow in the kitchen double sink or constant plunging and time consuming misery. I am thrilled! Such a simple solution that a previous plumber could not figure out. This work described above came later in the day. The first order of business was "camera-ing" the sewer pipe. The house is 82 years old and finally roots got into the sewer pipe. During the scoping it was easy to see that the entire sewer system was breached by roots, and after 8 decades, had naturally fallen into pieces, and very much needed to be replaced. This job was of course the most expensive of all the procedures. They returned the following Monday and the job was completed very quickly and satisfactorily and normal flow was restored within one day, which is to say that by the time I returned home from work, it was done. The 2nd day was for inspection by the city and filling in.
