After my garage door opener died, it was evident that I would need a replacement. Steve called shortly after I submitted an inquiry in Angi, and he was able to understand the problem and give me a formal quote for replacing the unit. Since I had store credit at a hardware store, I got a new unit during the weekend, and they unmounted the old unit, installed the new one, and hauled away all the packaging. They are quick to respond, have transparent pricing, and explain their work clearly.
