Description of Work: Tim Gibbs laid hardwood floors with several errors. When I asked about the first error, I was treated very rudely. I was told I should "live with it, it's just a house". He did not fix this for us. Two more errors were found after the floors were done that another wonderful contractor had to fix. A fourth error which can't be fixed will be seen by us everyday as a reminder of his subpar work. Tim also yelled at me, the paying customer and told me I was micromanaging. I said he shouldn't talk to customers that way. He responded by saying he could talk to customers anyway he liked. I guess I should have done more micromanaging since errors were found after he was done!! | |The price would have been alright for the job had care been taken to do quality work.
