Mr. Luke Weller poured the 28 feet by 4 feet on May 8, 2013 which he was paid $800 the total amount for the job done. Mr. Weller was suppose to return on May 10th to remove forms. On May 13th, May 14th, May 15th, my husband or myself contacted Mr. Weller to see when he was coming back to remove the forms and clean up the big mess that he left. On each of those dates, Mr. Weller informed us that he would be there the next day. He never called nor did he show on any of those dates. On May 16th, my husband removed the forms and the concrete work was not done correctly as it was not properly formed up. May 22nd we met with Mr. Weller to discuss options on correcting the work. Mr. Weller was upset but admitted that the concrete was not formed up correctly. He indicated that he would either firm it up or remove the concrete and start over whichever we decided. At this point, we knew Mr. Weller would never show up to remove the concrete so on May 27th, we sent Mr. Weller a text message to inform him we wanted the concrete firmed up. We were suppose to meet with Mr. Weller on May 30th and he cancelled the meeting. On June 6th, we met with him to discuss what we excepted he to do to complete the job. Mr. Weller stated that he would send us an e:mail the next day to put in writing what we discussed and what he was responsible for to finish the work. Mr. Weller also stated that he would be there either Thursday or Friday of the next week to finish the job. On June 12th, I sent Mr. Weller a text asking him about the e:mail and to see when he was going to come and finish work. He finally responded on June 25th and send e:mail. He showed up on June 27th and did very little work because he cut his finger. On July 1st, Mr. Weller sent a text stated that he would be there in a couple of days to finish the job. As of today, July 21st, we have not heard from Mr. Luke Weller nor has he shown up to complete the job. We have now had to hire somebody else to complete the work. Again this has been going on since May 8, 2013.
