 + 0 moreThat man is an absolute wizard. We were on a budget. There isn't anything the man can't do. I had no qualms at all. Anyone who is interested in him is going to have the best there is. He charges by the hour, he doesn't charge by the job. he charges 40/hrly which is bargain for his knowledge. He tells you everything up front. He writes it all down.
Description of Work: He rebuilt our house from the ground up. He did wonderful things. He took all the scraps that he had of all the jobs that he had, because there are always scraps. and in his workshop he laid out a pattern and asked me if I would consider this kind of a design. He does plumbing, he does electrical, he does building, he puts in swimming pools! You name it! And he's a licensed contractor on top of that. He put in tile floors for us, he put in new toilets, he put in new sinks, he put in new counter tops, he put in new cabinets. He rebuilt the fireplace, the mantle, everything.

 + 11 moreIt went very well. We went out of town for two weeks and it was all done and everything cleaned up, including carpet, by the time we returned.
Description of Work: Cost included all parts and labor: Remodeled 2 bathrooms, installed new shower in 1, tiled both bathroom floors, installed glass shower door in 1, and repainted. Replaced paneling on family room walls with wallboard and painted. Replaced patio doors with sliders. Replaced front door and storm door. Installed gutter covers. Replaced kitchen faucet. Repaired kitchen cabinet doors. Painted front porch pillars, replaced entry lights and mailbox. Installed new glass doors on fireplace.

 + -1 moreProject started in January 2012, and went through August 2012. Price included all materials. Work was done as income permitted. Mr. Bronson started and completed each segment within his estimate of time and cost. The next project will be to refinish the family room and replace patio doors.
Description of Work: 1. Replaced and painted all interior (including closet) and exterior doors (except family room patio doors). 2. Refinished and painted hallway, 3, Remodeled kitchen: new counter tops; sink; stove; microwave; dishwasher; added ceramic tile to walls as decorative backsplash; moved and added kitchen cabinets; and, new linoleum floor. 4. Installed above ground swimming pool and added steps and pool deck to existing deck. 5. Cleaned gutters and Installed gutter guards.
