The installation itself was really nice and fast. There were really no surprises but it took a long time and there were some miscommunication. It took a little longer than we expected but we were happy with the product. The customer service before the installation was scheduled and we have the aggressive consumers. They don't seem to have a lot of knowledge when they go into a pool store but all the rest of it was fine and they're super unresponsive. They all seemed very satisfied with them so I would recommend them.

They did good work. They charged reasonably. My only complaint was I had asked them specifically to knock on the door so I could go out and see what is going on and if I had any questions on how to operate the spa, I could ask them. Every time they came out, they did their work and it seemed to work fine but I could never get them to communicate from the office to the field people to come up to the door and knock. That is my only complaint. If they didn't find anything, they didn't charge us, which was good but they didn't also knock at the door and another company I used did. The price was fair, I didn't think they over charged us for unnecessary work at all. They were here when they said they were going to be here.
