Aaron provided a quote that was half the cost of the next lowest one we received. I believe he did this work for us as a self employed side-job. He was prompt at returning voicemail, and I was able to send him text messages as well. We had cracks showing up in the edges of our ceiling from settling over the years. The job entailed removing the tape and texture at all the cracked locations and smoothing out the top portion of the walls where we believe there was a border at one time that was not properly removed leaving a noticeable mark on the smooth finished walls. Aaron performed the work over the course of 2 evenings after 5pm. Which was much appreciated so neither my wife nor I had to take vacation time. I've repaired popcorn textured ceiling before, but the stuff in a can just doesn't match very well. Aaron was able to make the necessary plaster and texture repairs which look extremely good. The patched portions match perfectly with the rest of the ceiling. I can't comment on the cleanliness, because we're planning on replacing the carpet so I told him he didn't have to put down a tarp (which he brought) or bother cleaning up afterwards. We plan on painting ourselves, so we really just needed someone to make the plaster repairs that we're not very good at doing. I would Highly recommend Aaron to anyone who just need some plaster work done and don't want to spend a lot of money.
