Excellent. They were honest, very professional and responsive. Easy to reach through texting and phone calls. Could tell they were experienced with this unique service. Knew exactly what to do for ordering dumpster. Knew exactly what to be concerned about when removing a hoarder's stuff (how to handle privacy info, etc.). Acted very quickly so that I could avoid another month's rent. Landlord said good things about their work too. Despite being two states away, it couldn't have gone easier.
Description of Work: I live in Ohio. I recently had a family member from Chicago move into a nursing home so her apartment needed cleaned out. Was surprised to find that she had been a severe hoarder for the last several years. (As in you couldn't walk through the apartment.) I found Illinois Hoarder Helpers online through HoarderCleanup.com and hired them to do the cleaning--primarily throwing away her stuff.
