Greg came out to see us quickly after we made first contact. We signed the contract a week later. We gave Greg our deposit and he took care of the required permit. Once the permit was issued, Greg's team showed up on the agreed upon date at 6:30 am. They dug the hole, graded the yard, connected the plumbing, dropped the pool in with a crane, filled the pool with water and connected the heater and filter system. All this was done in ONE day. His guys stayed until almost dark that same night to get everything cleaned up-even the driveway and street. The only thing we had to wait on was the concrete around the pool. Seems the concrete contractor overbooked and then rain messed up the schedule. Once they started the concrete it was done in two days and they did a great job. Greg Hoover, our contact at Expert Pool, was with us every step of the way and we think he and his team did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Expert Pool Builders.
