 + -1 moreI had been using them for a year for internet security. I called to renew my account with them and I feel like the used the "bait & switch" with me. I paid $47.99 to get the new virus protection. I couldn't get the program installed at all. When I called AVG back they gave me the run around and said that they couldn't fix the issue without cleaning up my system first. (They had already cleaned up my system last year for $149.99) So they basically allowed these corrupt files to get onto my computer over the last year, and now they want to clean it up again! They quoted me a price of $149.99 to preform the cleanup, yet again. I let them know I couldn't afford that, so they dropped the price $99.99, and then again down to $79.99. So in the end, I paid $47.99 for virus protection, that I can't even use without paying them more money for something that they supposedly took care of last year. BE AWARE OF THEIR BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS!
