Jack did a great job of explaining and guiding us through our roofing project in Plymouth. They were fast and prompt. Have recommended them to many friends who needed their expertise.

I worked with Advocate construction twice. And twice they did awesome job. The first time they replaced the siding of my house after hail damage. And the second time they replaced the roof. One day for each project, lots of construction workers, everything clean and looking good by the end of the day. Thank you guys for the work you have done. Special thanks to my manager Craig Heilwagen, a very responsible and professional man. As it’s my first house and I’m new to house maintenance it was a bit scary to start the process, but Craig took care of everything for me including negotiations with insurance companies. Looking back I realize that the most difficult part was choosing a color). I would definitely recommend this company.

The sales department and the work crew were like night and day. The work crew was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job. The crew had our house fully sided in two days. It was great. Jack Wills came to our house for our inspection and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We wanted to continue working with him, but we were told that wasn't an option. After that our experience with the sales department was awful. We were assigned David Ricco who showed us that he was not knowledgable in his products, services, and/or the company in general. All the sales people we spoke to were David Ricco (which is no longer with the company), Roger Storz, and Manny (unsure of his last name). These men were all inconsistent with their communication and their information regarding our home. My wife and I were almost always the ones to initiate conversations about our claim. We ended having to contact our insurance company to find out what was going on. We started working with Advocate Construction 5 months ago and still have no paperwork to complete our claim with the insurance company.
Description of Work: We got all new siding because of hail damage. We also needed new gutter, window wraps, and fixing of our fascia, but we were told by our salesman, David Ricco, that the company was moving away from doing these things and focusing on siding only.

A Claims Advocate (Zach) came to our door trying to sell us new roofing and siding, claiming we might have hail damage from a storm that happened last year. He wanted to do an inspection on our house, but I wasn't interested in door-to-door salespeople, so after visit #1, I politely said, 'no thank you'. A few hours later came visit #2. He claimed he couldn't remember whether he'd stopped by our house yet or not. So again, I politely said, 'no'. A few weeks later came visit #3. By this time, I was annoyed. Again, I said, 'no', and I was a bit firmer this time. He gave us his business card and asked for our phone number. I firmly said that we weren't interested, and if we happened to change our minds, we'd call him. Visit #4 came, and I was really feeling frustrated but I conceded to let him do a quick inspection of the house. I clearly told him I would talk to my husband about it that evening and we'd give him a call if we were interested, but in spite of what I'd told him, he pushed a contract at me and pressured me to sign!!! When I said, 'no', he asked me for a phone number (again!). Again, I said, 'no'. Hopefully for the last time! The next day, my husband called him and said we were definitely not going to go with him. He hasn't bothered us any more.
Description of Work: Came to my house four times and pushed his home improvement services on me before finally backing down.
