+ -1 moreTHOUGH THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED MANY HOURS AFTER THE ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TIME, ONCE HE ARRIVED HE QUICKLY DETERMINED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM. ON TOP OF THAT, HE WAS A DELIGHTFUL PERSON EVEN AFTER A VERY LONG DAY OF DEALING WITH OVERHEATED CUSTOMERS.
Description of Work: ON THE FIRST SWELTERING DAY OF THIS SEASON, MY A/C DIED.
