Description of Work: Wilson Plumbing Heating & Airc onditioning repaired a disposal and 2 outside water faucets.

Description of Work: This is a company I've done business with for over 35 years and now they can't even call me back. The father has retired and the son just can't manage the people side of the business apparently. I told him in person last year what I needed to be done and he just refused to call me. Then, I saw him in a store and reminded him that he still needed to do some work in my bathroom and he seemed to understand what I wanted. Now nearly a year later, I've called him and tried to make an appt and he just does not respond. His father was always there when he promised and always did a good job, but not the kid. I've given up on the company now and won't recommend them to anyone.
