Work teams were courteous, instructive and detail oriented. Could not have asked for more professional and kinder people to work with. Since this was my first homeowners claim, they were seeing me at a most stressful time, but their attitudes were truly caring. They answered questions, and headed off any possible worried by telling me of past experiences, as far as what I should do to ensure I received the correct amount on my claim. I'm an industrial engineer, and I could not think of one thing that I would change in their tasks to make them more efficient. They came in, worked with a purpose, and did exactly what was needed, and then some. I could not thank the work crew enough, but they would not take any items for themselves, or any cash bonuses. Although I did try on multiple occasions. Servpro employees are beyond reproach. When there was a problem with my insurance company, the lead technician informed me at once. Due to his diligence, my claim was paid within an hour of his notifying me. Again, if someone is going to see you on one of the worst days of your homeowners life, I can't recommend the Servpro team more. These are the people that you want helping you. Besides water damage clean up, they handle mold removal and other services that thankfully I didn't require. Their final bill was more than fair. As I stated, this was my first time needing such a service, so I didn't know what to expect, but they were here for three days, and I expected a much higher bill than I received. If Angie's List offered an A+ grade, Servpro would receive it. Thank you!
Description of Work: Water damage in basement due to sump pump back up. Technician dealt with insurance company, removed items from packing boxes that were stored in basement, kept detailed inventory list of items that could not be restored, sprayed for mold/mildew, removed items not salvageable, reboxed items that were salvageable, cleaned floors, left dehumidifiers for total of five days.

They protected carpet by placing small blocks of wood or heavy duty paper under furniture, moved what we asked by moved as they shampooed. Very personable crew. We appreciated their timely arrival and will not hesitate to use their services again.

Description of Work: I own rental properties and as you can imagine, have a significant need for carpet cleaning. Serv Pro was very professional and flexible in working with me regarding arrival time, payment etc. Additionally, they did a phenomenal job and got a lot of stains out of the carpet that I did not think would come out. They did this for a very competetive price. I use Serv Pro very often in getting my rental properties flipped for the next tenant.

Description of Work: I own a number of rental properties and have numerous carpet cleaning companies clean the carpets in my apartments. After getting frustrated wit other services, I was actually renting a Rug Doctor and doing this stuff myself. This time, I did not have the availability to get there so I hires Serv Pro and they did a better job than I did! I am definately using these guys again and am going to have them do my home this fall. They would a bit more expensive- about 10% more- but you get what you pay for.
