Water heater would not light. Fixed flex line and another gas joint. Water heater still would not light. Replaced control on front of water heater, but was charged an extra hour for him having to go get the part. Water heater still would not run correctly. Informed me I needed a new water heater and that if I picked it up he would install it for several hundred more. So, I purchased a new water heater and had it delivered. I had someone else come out to install it because I wasn't confident in Neals Plumbing. My new contractor informed me that nothing was wrong with the water heater and that the problem was in the venting. New contractor fixed the venting and water heater is working fine. Now I have to schedule the store to pick up the new water heater and incur that cost since I do not need a new water heater. Bottom line is that Neals plumbing misdiagnose the problem and cost me money.

I got an estimate from another company that bid $1,200 for the same job, and Neal's Plumbing did it for $350. Plus, they did it the same day. I would tell other people to call them, absolutely. We've used them on and off for about 20 years, and we've had great success with them.

We actually found Neal's thru our home warranty company. I called them on Sunday night to report the problem and he called me first thing Monday morning to make an appt. for that day. Arrived a few minutes early, looked at the issues, showed me and explained it to me, and then he corrected the problem. Very nice man! Seemed to be very knowledgeable and was very friendly and polite. Would use their service again!

He was great at the work he did. He was friendly and on time. My only issues were that he dragged sewage through the home with his boots and never attempted to clean it up and all clean up work was left up to me. He did not wear the usual booties that most plumbers wear and allowed his equipment to drip throughout the home. He works by the hour and loves to talk. Just be careful not to engage in conversation or it may end up costing you $100 per hour. I will admit he worked for slightly past the hour due to much conversation but did not charge me for it.

He was very efficient, pleasant, very knowledgeable about all types of plumbing issues, very kind, and caring. He will do anything for you. He has been doing this for more than 40 years and he is able to fix any type of plumbing new or old. He took time to show me the difference of the old flapper and the new flapper. No one showed me this before and it was because of his knowledge that made him so efficient. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He did a great job.

I called them yesterday afternoon and they were able to come first thing this morning. Tom was so knowledgable that he immediately diagnosed the problem when he arrived. He was very thorough in cleaning the drain and suggested what we could do to keep the drain flowing. Neal's Plumbing was very reasonably priced and even gave us a senior discount. Tom stayed around afterwards and explained everything that had been done. He was very polite and professional. We are very happy with his services.

He was nice and responsive, but he did not fix the pipe to code. He fixed something that needed to be removed and fixed a non-code part. He couldn't come out and fix it because he was on vacation. I wouldn't use his services again in the future.
