+ -1 moreThey started off doing a great job. They would come out with several mowers and do the job quickly. We had a mole problem start, and I had a system set up that sent an electric shock through the yard. I pointed it out and told them to be careful of it. One week I noticed that I wasn't hearing the sound of the current, and when I went to look at it, I saw that the weedeater had cut through the system! There was even part of the weedeater still there. I called to complain, and she refused to accept the damage. She said that her boys would not do such a thing. I told her that I didn't want to pay full price for last job, and she got very upset. She sent me a letter and said that they will no longer service us because we were "too picky".
Description of Work: We used them for 3 or 4 years to mow and trim. We were always pleased with their service until the last experience. Price is per week.

+ -1 moreBrian is always very dependable. He arrives on time and does a great job! He is friendly and polite. He will do other jobs like fertilize or reseed my lawn. If the grass doesn't need cut due to dry weather or lack of rain he doesn't come out or charge you anyway which I appreciate.
Description of Work: He mows and trims by 1/3 of an acre lawn once a week.
