 + 3 moreChris and his team took an eyesore of a property and turned it into the most amazing little house and outdoor space. I feel like I am on vacation every day. We have received so many compliments on the house/patio, and all credit has to go to Chris and his team. Chris was so easy to work with. We had multiple contractors working on our project and he was always willing to do whatever it took to accommodate everyone to keep our project moving along. The quality of their work is outstanding, and I felt like we got an amazing value. Early on in our planning, Chris told me that he didn't want me to settle for anything less than perfect, and that is exactly what I got. It is perfect. Dulcedo would be my one and only call for any future construction projects.
Description of Work: This summer we took on a major project putting in an in-ground pool and converting a small older home (in tear down condition) in the lot next to ours into a pool house with a covered patio & outdoor kitchen. Chris designed and built the pool house & patio/outdoor kitchen for us.
