Great, the technician Clarence arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself and even went the extra mile and cleaned the glass on a 2nd unit in the basement and vacuumed the ash build up at no charge. He was very polite and hard working.

Excellent service! We bought a house with a Monessen direct vent fireplace in the living room. Unforttunately, it didn't have a blower in it so it didn't heat up the room as much as we would have liked. So, we called Lite Brite, the company that originally installed it and asked if they could install a blower. They assured us they could and set a date two days in the future to come do it. The quote was dead on, they arrived exactly on schedule, and the work was done quickly. Then they went the extra mile. First, they advised us how to turn off the pilot light during the summer and told us it would double the life of the unit (we didn't already know that). Next, they showed us how to open to change the embers and advised us to do it every 3 years (we didn't know that either). Finally, they provided us with a copy of the warranty for the entire unit--we had never received one fom the builders. These little extra steps turned good work into EXCELLENT work.
