Cynthia, my designer, was prompt and professional. Soon, my products arrived and were installed by Jason and Tony. They were polite and efficient. I am very happy with my purchase and have referred BB to all of my friends and family.

While there were a couple of bumps along the way, in the end Budget Blinds came through and stood behind their product and work. The salesperson seemed knowledgeable about the products and made some good suggestions. She promised 4 weeks but it was 7 weeks. The installers showed up 45 minutes late, but they were very careful about my home, floors, etc. and picked after themselves. Once installed, the vertical honeycomb shade did not retract correctly and portions of the blind stuck out at the bottom rather than neatly folding and I realized that the metal frame was not the same color as the other blinds I had ordered (although the fabric itself was all the same). Also, one of the cordless blinds was not weighted correctly leading the top of the blind to tip forward showing the magnets when in the “top down” position. I called the company and they sent one of the original installers out and he did some adjustments to the vertical blind which helped some although not completely and he reported he was not able to fix the cordless one without taking it all apart. I talked to the owner again and she, without hesitating, ordered an entirely new vertical blind, this time specifying the color of the frame to better match the other blinds and she re-ordered the entire set of three cordless blinds due to the problem with one blind as she wanted to be sure the three were all made together so there would not be any issue with color match. The replacements came quickly and a completely different installer came out. He was very knowable about the blinds and was also very careful with my home and ensured that I was happy with the install. Again, despite some issues, I am very happy with the blinds and would recommend Budget Blinds as they really worked to make it right.

The workmen were all very polite and considerate and I had no problem with any off them.

Mayor this flace is good for their budget, it won't be good for yours. Show anyone else where I thought I paid for these in full , when the installer was done I'm told I have a balance our so I don't know who does their book keeping. I was p*****. They didn't charge me the full any on my cc when I answered they would.

Claudine Bormet was our design consultant and was generous with her time and expertise. As every window in our new home had to be addressed, and we are unsure as to colors, designs and options{i.e..,room darkening,etc}, Claudine was very helpful in guiding our choices. After installation, we are very happy with the entire experience.

From start to finish working with Budget Blinds was great. The office assistant made scheduling the appointment quick and easy. She told me all about the process of custom window treatments and called the day before my appointment as a reminder. When Susan came to my house for the appointment she was friendly and knowledgeable. She even color matched my shutters to the existing furnishings in my room. Susan gave me a great price and the products came with a 5 year no questions asked warranty. The products came in on time and installation was fast and efficient. The installer was just as friendly as everyone else I had contact with at Budget Blinds. Budget Blinds followed up with me after installation with a phone call and a Thank You card in the mail. I have had no problems with my window treatments. But if I do, I know Budget Blinds would be more than willing to resolve them.

Budget Blinds did a great job from start to finish with our window treatments. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Everything went smoothly. Install was professional & quick.

They were great. I wasn't here when they installed it. I think there was a little uncertainty with the fellow that came to install them. The person that was here when he installed them instructed them to do whatever it was. He abided by it. All the instructions weren't quite clear but other than that, they were fine and they were on time. I think the company is more of commercial things so I can understand it being a little more expensive. The price was good. It was okay. If you're looking for something to cover your windows, call them.
