+ -1 moreCompany was a local firm and response to request for estimate and pleasant in initial dealings. A review of their on site work also revealed a professional product. However, after receiving the deposit, there were repeated, unexplainable, delays in beginning the work. Ultimately, through mutual agreement, the contract was voided and I used a different contractor. My suggestion would be to get a firm start/completion date, with predefined monetary consequences for delays.
Description of Work: Company was hired to provide material for and replace soffit and gutters.
