They did a decent job, I was happy with their work. They did take their shoes off in the house which was nice. I think I pretty much got what I paid for.

They did a good job and we were happy with their services. They were punctual and never kept us waiting for them. We didn't have to be home for the outside cleaning. They cleaned the windows and put the bill in our mail box in such cases, which was good. We never had any complaints. Their price was reasonable and we used them regularly for cleaning our windows through the summer.

Bill and his team did a great job. I found them to be reasonable, neat, quick and thorough. I would use them again.

Bill Grogan, the owner, answered the phone when I called about 6pm one evening, expecting voice mail. He gave me an estimate of $500 over the phone when I described the work to be done. We set a future date - about two weeks away, at 8am. I was very pleased to have an appointment and estimate on one call. On our scheduled morning, Mike called at 7:30am to confirm I was still OK about having the work done, since it was raining. I was. his only reservation was that given my building is quite high, they would have to be able to be safe on the ladders for the second story, but if the rain lessened or stopped, they would be able to finish as scheduled. They arrived - I think a crew of five - and finished in about three hours. I had to work from home and was on conference calls while they worked, so they worked around me. No noise and minimal interference. While checking to see the results of the power washing on the front of the building, I found one of the workers cleaning the small panes of the front door sidelights - I hadn't even thought of those windows as being included in the job. Mike Grogan dealt very well with a minor issue with the upstairs tenants, who happeded to have a housecleaning crew in at the same time we needed to work on the interior windows. Mike was very patient with the situation and worked around it to the tenant's delight. Due to the rain outside, the crew members were very careful and removed shoes while inside the apartments. They left everything clean, and the work on the windows was excellent. The final charge was less than planned since some windows had AC units and could not be fully cleaned on this visit. Mike was even able to open two windows that had been painted shut and could not be opened for the last year. (no charge.) My overall satisfaction is high. I plan to call Mike on a regular basis, and highly recommend his service. Although he is in Tinley Park, a south suburb, he came to my area - in the city of Chicago - Beverly neighborhood.

They go by the windows, so we pay per window and we have a lot of windows. We would highly recommend them to others because they punctual, extremely professional and do very good work. We have windows where he has to get a ladder and get up there and get my sunlight up on the roof and everything.

We have been using Bill and his "Window Genie" crew for approx. 3 years. They are always prompt, neat, friendly and do an excellent cleaning job on our windows and screens. I will continue to hire Bill Grogan in the future.

They were very responsive ...took call on a customer's roof... and called back to schedule an appointment promptly. Despite a light drizzle on the scheduled appointment, they came out and cleaned promptly. I originally gave this company a good review. However, I had dto replace my gutters after some wind damage and discovered that they had not in fact cleaned the gutters well. There was an inordinate amount of dirt found in the gutters which would not have occurred in such a short period after a good cleaning.

Bill arrived on time. Called several times to confirm day and time. Due to a scheduling conflict, my carpet/upholstery cleaners arrived at the same time Bill was confirmed to arrive. Bill and his staff graciously worked around the other crew. They took their shoes off before entering the house (the other crew did not!). They worked around furniture and carefully replaced each storm window. It was a cold day in Chicago with a bit of snow/sleet - nonetheless, they washed each outside window. The windows had not been cleaned since I purchased the home - nearly 3 years ago. The windows were VERY dirty. I am VERY pleased with the service and result! The windows sparkle!

It went great from both a customer service and performance standpoint. I was working from home and had called the number found on the list, but at the same, an incoming call from the office came in, so I ended the call out. About twenty minutes after that, Bill CALLED ME BACK and asked if I'd called him. I mentioned I found him on "Angie's." I chose to call him because of great reports on the list. We discussed the need for gutter cleaning, he quoted me a price over the phone after I described the house to him and generalized the state of the gutters. I had told him I've been in the house for a year and the gutters have not been cleaned as of yet. He said he could be out on Wednesday, I was downtown that day, so I left a check for him and when I got home, I had the invoice in my mailbox. Two days later, a thank you card, with a Window Genie fridge magnet arrived in the mail, sent from Bill. I was WOW'd because of a few things, 1.) He called ME back 2.) He was there within the same week 3.) He sent a follow up thank you. His professional phone demeanor and customer service have hooked me. He has my return business.

Great! I had called Bill in December when everything was still frozen. He said the job had to wait until a thaw, and he would contact me as soon as he saw a window opening up when gutter cleaning was possible. He did call, and did the job a couple days later. These guys are wonderful - they show up, they do the job, and they do it well.

I thought the price was reasonable, and they did an excellent job. They are also close to my residence. Some of the windows were unable to be accessible, so they came back the next day to finish them when they were.

I had a bad experience with another window washing company several years ago, so, I was looking for a dependable contractor. I found this company in an ad, and I have been impressed with Window Genie's work. I have recommended this company to others in our neighborhood, and will continue to do so.
