+ -1 moreThe Tile Shop provided an installer and I purchased tiles. I went there, they helped me pick the tiles. There was no problems in searching the tiles. They were very helpful and they called me back.

+ -1 moreThe tile was installed and it turned out SPECTACULAR! The rest of the story is above, but if you're looking for some high end tile, stone at reasonable prices, then this is your place. ot too mention, they have a Very Nice showroom that will give you alot of ideas!
Description of Work: We were thinking about doing a laundry room backsplash to dress it up. We came across The Tile Shop by accident while driving to another tile showroom and decided to go in to check it out. Low and behold, we never made it to the original shop because when we walked into The Tile Shop, we were overwheled. Justin helped us out and was Very Professional and Helpful. He put no pressure on us either and best of all, listened to what we wanted. We ended up getting some travertine tile, along with some pencil, chair rail and accents. It turned out Absolutely Beautiful and is almost too nice to be a laundry room now! Justi's boss Tom was also a Great help because I asked him if he could recommend an installer annd he gave me a card with a number to call, and then procceeded to call him right there and he even helped negotiate a better price with him. ow That's Customer Service!
