Had this guy replace my two outside sillcocks. He also did a relocation of one of the sillcocks. This was $950, his quote that I didn't argue with, but should have. He said his work and parts were guaranteed for one year. Four months later one of the sillcocks won't push a simple sprinkler. Is this his fault? After telling me to "f**k off "and that I was "full of ****", you'd think I was accusing him. I mean before I was even able to describe the entire situation, which clearly points to one of the two being bad, he was swearing at me and hanging up the phone. WORST CONTRACTOR IN HISTORY. I've dealt with good and bad people and this guy is the definition of crooked contractor. GET ANYONE ELSE. This guy is a liar, very expensive and doesn't stand behind his work. He is a crude excuse for a human and I can't imagine how this plumber could ever be a good idea.

All the drains in the house backed up late Friday evening. I called John that night, and he said he would be out Saturday morning. John arrived Saturday morning as promised, and assessed the problem very quickly. The repair required him and his helper to hand dig a very deep hole and also open part of the foundation wall in order to remove part of the broken pipe. I was very impressed with the professionalism and speed that John and his crew displayed all during this repair. When the job was completed, they left the job site both in and out clean and swept. I will not hesitate to use Reliable Plumbing for any plumbing problem in the future.

We have used John over the last few years for a myriad of plumbing needs - dishwasher/disposal malfunctioning (due to a remodeler's mistake which he rectified), leaking faucet, frozen water pipes, and toilet repair thanks to my kiddo trying to flush some GI Joes). Today, my water heater finally gave up the ghost. I called John at 9am, and by 11am the same day he was already here and assessing the problem. New heater installed by 2pm... right on time and on estimate, without surprise charges. Overall, I've always been impressed with his professionlism, thoroughness, punctuality, and fair pricing. His work is of great quality, and he is straightforward and honest. I wholeheartedly endorse him, and have him on my speed dial.
