He charged a reasonable fee, spoke and handled the work professionally, without complaint. Am glad I decided to work with him. I will hire him again next year when I have more work to do. No problems!!

I've had to call twice in the last 2 months on unrelated issues. Both times the response was quick, the work was excellent and the staff professional. Prices were reasonable. Gave good advice for future care of the equipment. Will use him for regular checkups and emergencies. Would recommend them to anyone.

He gave my bank a Train model number but actually installed an American Standard system. He did this to get my back to pay him for the system. He installed a 82 efficiency and tried to tell me it was a 92 just like my old system. The train was suppose to be a 92 efficiency. I think he over charges me for labor because I'm a woman and a senior citizen. I called Train and found out they don't even make the model number anymore that he gave to my bank. The American Standard system was the lowest system they have. He also never gave me a manual on the the system or an itemized system. I called him to resolve this over charge and he told me I could sue him. He said he has lawyers on standby.

It turned out okay. They were very friendly and helpful. The worst part was they seemed to be rushed.

They were very responsive and professional. The deal was not a good fit for what I needed but my interaction with this company was very positive.

The repairman was on time, professional, and efficient. My central air conditioner was back in service within an hour. I would hire him again.

Shawn was able to get out to my house the same evening I called. He was here at around 7, which is when he said he would be here, very prompt. He looked at my system and determined that it was frozen, due to the freon level being so low that its temperature dropped below freezing. He set up my system to thaw some and said he would be back in a while to refill my freon (can't do it when it's frozen). He was back in less than an hour and refilled my freon and replaced a leaky valve on my unit, which had probably contributed to my freon being so low. He did this in the dark by flashlight, and I sincerely appreciated that he would come out and do the repair that late. He was polite, professional and pleasant the whole time he was here. He recommended replacing the system when it was feasible for us, since my unit is probably at least as old as I am, and said there are financing options to make it easier to pay for (which I am definitely keeping in mind). Overall a good experience. I would call him again.

The whole process was very quick. Got an estimate over the phone, so I didn't have to wait for an in home appointment. I confirmed the order around 5 pm and the guys were there the very next day installing the AC. Everyone involved was professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The crew cleaned up well after themselves. The price and service were great, and will definitely be using them in the future!

My overall experience with Porterhouse Heating & Cooling was very good. I called and requested same-day service due to a gas leak. Porterhouse Heating & Cooling came out that day, replaced the shut-off ball valve, and tested the system after the repair was complete. Also Porterhouse Heating & Cooling ensured the tankless water heater was operable since gas to the house had been shut-off due to the gas leak. Additionally, I had them to conduct my annual preventative maintenance on both furnaces. This was my third (3rd) time using Porterhouse Heating & Cooling. I find them to be responsive, knowledgeable, and customer-focused.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! The technicians were very knowledgeable and timely with the installation. They were also very neat and cleaned up ALL of the debris and took them away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace their heating or cooling equipment.

Shawn not only came out the same day to fix our broken A/C at our Optometric office,but really listened and explained step by step what he was doing and why! They were fast and just the nicest guys! Would recommend them to anyone.

Very well. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He was transparent about each aspect of the service and made sure I understood the readings of all of measurement tools. He also offered several options to address the issues at hand.

Shaun responded very quickly the day we called about service, he arrived in about 30 minutes, after looking at the issue with our 20 year old AC it was determined that it should be replaced. We discussed several options for the replacement unit, before deciding on the one to purchase. He would have been able to install the next day but we were not available - so it was installed the day after that. The installers arrived a little later then the time originally indicated but called to say they were running a few minutes late, they worked very quietly - sometimes I forgot they were here. The cleaned up nicely after the job was finished. The installers were here about 4 hours, both very pleasant and professional.

Shawn (sp?) was prompt, found a leak, replaced a valve, and charged only $75 for the check-up and $15 to fix the leak. I asked him to check the fan, because we could not turn it on when the a/c was not running. He very quickly confirmed the problem, but needed to contact the vendor to find how to reset fan speed. He called me the next day, and I was able to set the fan speed myself! And he didn't even charge me extra. Shawn is the best! I want prompt, courteous service, from a knowledgeable craftsman. Shawn fits the bill with a friendly smile.

Very responsive, and works hard to keep working on a problem until it is solved! Each visit, he goes above and beyond - most recently he showed me how my thermostat could be managed via wireless.

I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided. I called because my air conditioner was not blowing cool air and I saw the coupon deal for a 20 point inspection and tune up priced at $69 on Angie's list, so I decided to take a chance. I am so glad I contacted them, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. The technician that was sent out was Leroy and he truly is the definition of what an technician should be. I never once felt as though I was being pressured, he was honest and straightforward from the time he walked into my home. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and I truly appreciated that, I wish all of my home repairs were this pleasant. I have officially found my HVAC company and technician for all my future A/C maintenance and repair issues. If you are looking for a company that functions with integrity, honesty, and professionalism look no further. I suggest requesting Leroy, but I am confident that their are other great technicians within this company as well based on the other reviews listed. You can't go wrong with Porterhouse.

Great, Shawn was prompt and courteous. He looked at the furnace as it was operating and we talked through what we had heard overnight. He was very good at listening and asking questions. He also gave more indications of what he was looking for to spot any issues. I expect to call him back ahead of summer to look over our AC.

I had a furnace installed incorrectly as a result I had taken the installer to court to collect damages. I needed a report for what was wrong with my furnace. I purchased $69 for a 22-Point Winter Furnace Inspection and Cleaning after the service was provided the service provider told me that the repairs would be $450.00. When I asked for a report on what was wrong he told me that he would not provide that until he was paid for the repairs. I consider this to be very poor customer service.

The appointment was scheduled within two days from purchasing the deal. I would hire the company again. All-Temps is out and Porterhouse is in. The service provided was excellent.
