Description of Work: They cleaned my furnace. The only issue was the service provider acted as though he was unsure of what service to perform even though we'd discussed it just days prior. Once he read the printout from Angie's List everything went well.

Description of Work: They installed a new central air conditioning unit. They were extremely professional, very courteous, and went above and beyond. They corrected a problem which no other HVAC contractor had noticed, at minimal charge. They even took out my garbage for me! I am thoroughly satisfied with this company.

Description of Work: It was great, he notified me that my A/C needed replaced and not just a tune up. Helped me get a new one installed the same day. Came back to check on it and see how everything was going.

Description of Work: They were very prompt, friendly, and competent. They even suggested that I didn't need certain services that others have told me I needed. I greatly appreciated their honesty and integrity. My only complaint was that they didn't give me a form itemizing the work they performed. I don't know if this was an oversight or their standard approach. Either way, I plan on using them again due to their competence and integrity.

I really appreciated the fact that Shawn was on time for the appointment and they did an excellent job inspecting and cleaning my furnace. I haven't had any problems this winter with my furnace. I will definitely utilize them to inspect and clean my central air unit for this upcoming season.
