Leroy was extremely prompt, respected my home by putting on protective footwear. He was hones, courteous and fixed my air conditioner in a very timely manner. The cost fit my budget and he advised me on what needs to be fixed next. I was given information about payment plans if I can't afford the next project. I have been living in extreme heat for the past week and two other companies came, took my money for service calls, promised to come back, but never did. The owner, Shawn, was extremely prompt and very personable. We discussed the repairs, which he did very quickly. However, my wife and I thought we should replace our entire AC unit, since it was over twenty years old, and it had been giving us a few problems recently. Shawn gave us a very reasonable estimate, and he was able to get a new American Standard f ton unit installed the very next day. Throughout, Shawn kept in close touch, and thoroughly explained the process. From start to finish, our project was on budget and on time!

I have a difficult air filter to service due to its attic location. Some firms refuse to provide service when I tell them. Shawn's team did the air filter change quickly with no complaints. Shawn gave me tips on how to save money on air filters in the future. My CAC was cooling well and during pressure testing Shawn showed me the guage readings which indicated that I was close to needing more Freon. Since the unit was cooling fine he did not try to pressure me to add Freon now since it costs $75 a pound. He said if the cooling level decreased then it would be time to add coolant. Shawn is very honest and will not try to sell you something you do not need. He will be doing my furnace inspection and cleaning in the Fall.

The only reason I cannot give 5 stars all around is because I didn't have anything major that needed work. This was an AC service call and it ended up only needing to be cleaned. I was glad to have someone come out and make sure everything was working appropriately as we just moved into our home last year.

I had problems controlling the humidity as well replaced the valve on the humidity appliance.

They were a great help got to the problem pretty quick and the work was done and finish the next day.
