Great workmanship and outstanding customer service.

My furnace went out and i also wanted a new central air unit they came out the next day and completed both I am very please with the work and the crew members was Very polite. I would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Last night, well after normal hours, he was the only guy that would help me out. Furnace went out and I am pretty handy. Although HVAC contractors do not typically sell parts, he helped me out big time. I drove 20 miles to him since no one local would help (wouldn't even call me back). He even took the time to walk me through the steps to make sure I was getting the right part and that it would work out. One of the nicest guys I have ever met. Thanks, and I will recommend to anyone!!

Shawn was fantastic. He came out within a couple of hours to assess our broken furnace predicament. His repair team was excellent and had our furnace (24 year old system) and airconditioning condenser replaced completely the next day. His team is very professional, and efficient. He provided all this with exceptional customer service and we are very happy with the pricing and warranty provided. We highly recommend Porterhouse Heating and Cooling for any furnace/airconditioning issues. We plan on a long relationship of service with them.

This was my first experience with Porterhouse, and I am satisfied. I needed my furnace looked over to make sure it was working properly--just annual maintenance.

Responded very quickly. Professional.. Was able to get furnace up and running even on one of the coldest days this year. Wore shoe protectors. Very reasonable price. I would recommend and i will be using them again for general upkeep.

When the two workers arrived on the job it was done quickly and efficiently. They both wore shoe protectors to keep my floor clean and had a very professional manner. The only talking was about the condition of the furnace and it's maintenance. They were extremely knowledgeable with furnaces.

Shawn and his crew were on time with their arrival. They checked the whole system from top to bottom and explained every step they were performing and why. The showed us the damaged part and replaced it quickly getting our system up and running again on the hottest day of the year! The gentlemen were courteous, very professional and very reasonably priced!
