Great company very professional and knowledgeable

The serviceman, Mr. Harris, is an exceptional employee. He was punctual, thorough, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of his duties. Mr. Harris took his time to complete the job and he even double checked! That is so unheard of! He made sure he put on the shoe coverings and answered all my questions with great patience. I am so glad that I chose your company to check my units. I have already recommended this company to family and friends.

Shawn and his staff did a wonderful job of replacing my AC unit! Their workmanship and professionalism was exemplary! They arrived on time and continued working until the installation was completed! Great Job Shawn!!

The whole team was very professional. Shawn was fantastic and I would highly recommend him and his entire team. I needed to have my entire central air installed because the one I had was very old (York, dated in early 70s) and finally stopped working. Shawn came in and gave me a quote. He was very honest and didn't try to get me to purchase something that I didn't really need. Honesty and integrity go a long way in my book. I got a few other quotes and was going to go with another option. When I called to tell him I decided with another option, he was very understanding and didn't try to oversell me (which I greatly appreciated). Unfortunately, that other option did not work out so I reached back out to Shawn and made arrangements for him to do the install. He was so pleasant and we made arrangements. I was scheduled for an install on Friday but they were able to do it for me today (Monday). His guys came out, assessed and measured. They said they would be back after getting some supplies and they did so and were on time. They were very knowledgeable, respected my home and my time. They answered any questions I had as I watched. Leroy even explained everything to me once they finished the entire setup. They cleaned up and cleared out any materials and/or debris from the install. The area around my furnace looks even cleaner than it did before they started!! The area around the outside central air unit even looks better. They laid out some rock and a base for the unit to sit on. It looks so professional. I am so happy to be walking around my house right now and feeling cool air in every room I enter; you all have no idea. I will definitely be considering Porterhouse for any future service and/or maintenance and referring them every chance I get.

I would highly recommend Porterhouse Cooling & Heating. Sean arrived early for the job, he worked efficiently and he explained everything clearly. He answered all my questions and made suggestions regarding maintenance so that I didn't end up with this problem in the future. His prices seemed reasonable however I have nothing to compare it to. He fixed what was broken and had us up and running in no time. He was very nice and I would definitely hire him again.

They kept in contact with me by calling with updates and arrived at least 2 hours earlier than estimated. They found the problem right away, were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue while explaining it. After the repair the checked the unit over, the refrigerant and cleaned the unit all in about a half hour. Couldn't be happier, Thanks Shawn and Shorty👍

Sean and his team were prompt, professional and courteous. Sean called within 30 minutes of my online request on a Sunday morning by 8:30am and was at my home by 10:45 am as promised. He identified the issue promptly and had the part that needed replacement with him. We will definitely use Porterhouse in the future!

This company over charged and did not stand by their service.

After placing my request with home advisor he was there within one hour and had everything fixed within two hours He was very polite and explained everything so I could understand it I would definitely hire again

We needed to get our huge AC cleaned and we made the mistake of taking the panels off. Realizing we did not know what we were doing we decided to contact a PRO. What a pleasant surprise - not only was the price extremely reasonable they took the time to explain our mistake and fix it too! Very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend. We called on one day and they serviced the air conditioner the next. They were prompt and courteous - what more can you ask for!

Update to review: I hired Shawn for the second project, he installed a new high efficiency furnace (my home is large) this January. They had to reroute some pipes as well. He did a superb job and actually came out a couple more times to make sure it was working properly and that I was happy. If I could give him a superb rating I would. I am very pleased. Shawn was prompt and went above and beyond the duty of replacing an Attic Fan 1 day prior to installing the new air conditioning unit. His crew was professional, courteous, and arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend to family and friends!
