He called as soon as I submitted the order, which is what I prefer. He let me know is schedule for the day so I would know when to expect him. He was on-time. He called when he was on the way. He showed me the issues with the furnace and what he was going to do to fix it. He was fast. The furnace is running like a gem.

Mr. Porter was professional, polite, and curtious. Pricing was very reasonalbe. Most importantly he was out to my home within the hour, did great work, and was also able to provide certifications for my water heater as well as my heating and cooling system.

Shawn responded very quickly and I arrived to the property within half an hour of the call. He went to work to access the problem immediately and was very open to the many questions I had regarding my furnace. He was able make a minor repair but suggested I needed other parts/repair for the system to be fully functioning. I would definitely recommend them for Furnace/AC repair & replacement.

The knowledge and the customer service was great, the job was completed in a timely fashion and the process was explained to me so that I could understand what was going on with the furnace and going forward how to maintain the maintenance on the fireplace and how often the filter should be replaced.

Porterhouse Cooling and Heating did an excellent job! Shawn and his employee were diligent, caring and determined to get to the root of the problem. He was also professional in that he explained everything he found and clearly and with clarity explained what he did to correct it. He was so conscientious -- a rare trait in someone of his youth. He set to the repair with determination and corrected a problem that other contractors had not been diligent enough to discover. Overall, Porterhouse Cooling did an excellent job and they have my strongest recommendation and commendations.

Shawn was very prompt and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and repaired it right away. With many contractors, I have felt I was paying more than I should for the service. This was not the case with Shawn. He was very reasonable and I was extremly happy with his service. They are a family business. They have helped me consistently save money, by keeping an older system running until I could afford to replace it. They have good sales. They even installed my hot water heater, which works perfectly. They have given me tips and tricks, and went above and beyond to help. Warmly recommended!
